We start out the podcast talking about government regulations, specifically as it concerns smoking. Since Jerry has never smoked in his life, his take might interest you. Then we dive into a discussion about what it takes to be an extraordinary employee vs. an ordinary one based on Jerrys 30 years of managing 1000’s of employees. A conversation that will definitely make you look at how you approach work, and maybe why you have not gotten where you think you should be in your career, or life! Sometimes it is as easy as just showing up, not complaining, and doing the work that needs to get done.
